Timber Baron Contracting (2013) Ltd. (TBC) holds a Bill 13 contract under Forest Licence A16882, which is owned by Skeena Sawmills. Under this agreement, TBC provides comprehensive, full-phase logging services, along with road construction and ongoing maintenance to support active harvesting operations within the licence area.

TBC manages an annual volume quota of approximately 60,000 cubic metres, delivering consistent production while maintaining high safety, environmental, and quality standards. In support of these operations, TBC completes 5–10 kilometres of new or upgraded road construction annually, ensuring reliable access to harvesting areas and long-term infrastructure performance.

Road construction and maintenance activities encompass all aspects of forest service road (FSR) development and upgrade, including creek diversions where required, rock blasting and hammering, full bench construction and end hauling, overlanding, bridge installation and maintenance, brushing, and general road upgrades. These works are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and are coordinated to support efficient hauling, safe access, and environmentally responsible forest management.
